The Society For Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA)
Selangor is organizing Rent for Hope on 3rd August at Central Park Avenue, One
Utama, from 3.00pm to 6.00pm, where public are encouraged to get to know the
dogs, get closer, play and interact with the dogs and get a “feel” being a dog
owner.
With a donation of RM20, you can walk or play with a dog in
the park for 20 minutes. This is one of the first to embark from a series of
adoption drive that will help SPCA to rehome about 130 dogs and 60 cats in order
for the renovation and construction of a brand new ECO SPCA Centre, which will
kick start in 30 days from now.
LA LA LA LA~ HAPPY DAY.
Wake up early in the morning, can't wait to play with those doggies.
We are required to fill up the form in order to walk with a dog. We only need to pay RM20 then we can spend our time with those cute doggies.
Many goodies are also selling over here. Poster, key chain, umbrella, pen, notebooks and so on. |
Rent for Hope give everyone an opportunity to understand and
get to know the dogs before adopting and potential “parents” will be able to
see and play with the dogs and see if they are ready to adopt the dogs. SPCA
and their volunteers will be around to guide and advise potential adopters who
wishes to adopt any of the dogs. You can speak to any SPCA staff and volunteers
to see if you are ready to be a “parents” and what is required to be a
responsible pet owner or you can just get to know the dogs, bring them for a
walk – you never know, you might be walking away with a companion of your
lifetime, a furry friend for yourself.

So, i spend the day with ROCKY!!!
Hmm...i think ROCKY must be tired after walking for whole day.

Wonder what (SPCA)
is? What (SPCA) doing?
SPCA Selangor was established in 1958 as an animal welfare
charity registered with the Registrar of Societies. SPCA Selangor has been on
the current premises for 53 years in its present state, in action against
animal cruelty and advocating for more humane and more sustainable and a higher
standard of care for animals in Malaysia, encompassing companion animals,
animals in captivity (zoos), laboratory animals and recreational animals, not
only in Selangor but in Malaysia.
A lot of people bring their own pets and have fun over here.
Play with the dogs.
Spend some times and show our love to them.
Awwww...they are so cute!!
Very happy to spent my time with the doggies!
Support SPCA and show your love to the doggies!
