Cafe hopping has become something of a worldwide obsession. Finding Cafe in Melbourne is fairly easy. So while there are many, there are a few that really stand out. Few days ago, I visited Brioche by Philip which is located in Eastland Ringwood, Victoria, Melbourne. I was greeted by a barista, who is full of energy and friendly.
BRIOCHE is a unique venue in Sydney City providing great coffee, food and atmosphere. I was completely amazed by how delicious the food was. Now get ready and be prepare to start fangirling over.
The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, it is definitely the perfect spot to lounge out with a friend, and of course for those who enjoy their own company.
No matter what types of bronuts you love, BRIOCHE has them! |
If you love sourdough bread or bronuts, this is the place you should visit. BRIOCHE is full of great bread and pastries. Trust me, you gonna fall in love with the amazing selection of fresh, delicious bronuts (Brioche Doughnuts)!

This white choc bronut is so soft and fluffy. You can never say NO to this! |
Coffee is a delicious drink to sip with any dessert and pastries. That is why Bioche serve various type of coffee. You know, sometimes black coffee, cappuccino and latte are too mainstream, and we need something new to refresh your taste buds. If you're looking for something which is more flavorful than the rest of the crop, order yourself a cup of peaberry coffee, your taste buds will thank you.
A peaberry (also called caracol, or "snail" in Spanish) is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. - Google |
Peaberry coffee bean produce a different texture and scent from the usual coffee bean. Since taste is a very subjective matter and vary by different individual, some people claim that the beans are sweeter and more flavorful. For me, peaberry coffee tastes different than coffee from normal beans. It taste a bit bitter but with a smoother texture.
Remember to take your camera, as well as a good appetite if you going to Brioche by Philip.
